Another thrilling weekend of women’s football is set to light up the King George East End Stadium as the 2026 Solrais Women’s Premier League (SWPL) returns for Matchweek Four.

With five exciting matches lined up across Saturday and Sunday, all 10 teams will be eager to secure valuable points as the race for the top spots heats up.

Saturday’s action kicks off at 11 am with an exciting clash between in-form Haura FC and struggling Geniagu United. Haura heads into the match full of confidence after an impressive victory over West Honiara FC last weekend, a result that pushed them into fourth place with six points. Geniagu United, meanwhile, remain hungry for their first win of the season after collecting just one point from their opening three matches.

Defending champions Henderson Eels return to action at 1 pm against Ghupo Wantoks in what promises to be another entertaining encounter. After a slow start, the Eels have bounced back strongly with two consecutive wins and now sit third on the table, firmly in the hunt for the title once again.

Ghupo Wantoks have enjoyed a mixed start to their campaign. Following their historic first-ever league win in Matchweek Two, they suffered a heavy loss last weekend and will be determined to bounce back against the defending champions.

The Saturday's main 3 pm match will feature unbeaten Naha FC against Koloale FC. Naha have made a flying start to the season with three straight victories and currently sit second on the standings, level on points with leaders Frigates United.

For Koloale FC, the pressure is building as they continue their search for both their first goal and first win of the campaign after taking just one point from three matches.

Sunday’s fixtures promise more exciting football, beginning at 1 pm when unbeaten league leaders Frigates United face Marist FC.

Frigates United have been the standout side so far this season, scoring an incredible 32 goals in three matches without conceding a single goal. Marist FC, currently sitting eighth with one point, will have a huge challenge ahead as they look to stop the league leaders and claim their first victory.

The final clash of Matchweek Four will see RSIPF Royals take on bottom-placed West Honiara FC at 3pm.

The Royals head into the match with momentum after back-to-back wins, while West Honiara FC will be desperate to turn their season around after losing all three matches so far.

With plenty of goals, big matchups, and crucial points at stake, football fans can expect another exciting weekend of SWPL action.
