Sol2023 XVII Pacific Games

NHA wishes to inform the contractors that the Games Organising Committee Functional Areas and NHA Secretariat staff are working around the clock to ensure all contract sums for services that helped our nation deliver successful 17th Edition of the Pacific Games are paid. We adhere to strict procurement processes so it is taking our team a bit of time to process payments but most of the payments will be cleared this week.
Unfortunately any payment that is not cleared this week will have to be left until after Christmas and New Year. Our office will closed on the 22nd December and will open back for Business on the 3rd of January 2024. We regret any inconvenience this may cause to any contractor but our staff deserve to take a break. We guarantee that all contractors who supported this nation to deliver successful pacific games that are nit paid before Christmas will get paid their dues when the office opens back for business in the new year.
NHA Secretariat wishes to take this opportunity to wish all indicidual, contractors, their staff staff and families, a merry Christmas and Prsperous New Year 2024.

Today, at the farewell party, the GOC thanked its staff for their hard work on the Sol2023 games. Congratulations filled the room, recognizing their dedication. The GOC staff gave a special gift to CEO Peter Stewart and his wife, and Jack Smith, the games operations manager. It was a heartfelt moment of thanks, marking the end of an era with mixed feelings of gratitude and goodbye.🫶🫶🫶

This morning, the team at Mr. Grill Fast Food & Noodle Haus in Tenaru Village served up a special breakfast in their dining hall. They wanted to express their thanks to the Games Organizing Committee (GOC) and the National Hosting Authority (NHA) for trusting them with the catering for the Pacific Games.

The staff is excited and proud to take care of Team Solomon and Team Kiribati's meals throughout the two weeks of the competition. This breakfast is a small way for them to show their appreciation. 👇👇👇
