As the 2025/2026 season comes to an end, so does my time with Hong Kong, China Hockey as Head of Program in the Women’s section. I am genuinely thankful for the time I’ve had to be part of this community and to support hockey in Hong Kong, China.
Thank you to the coaches, staff, athletes, the NSC, my talented Chickens (and their great parents), and everyone involved for the kindness, grit, and all the meaningful moments along the way. I’ve truly appreciated it.
To the people I can call friends; it has been unbelievably beautiful.
This chapter is now closing, and I’m looking forward to what comes next.

As I mark another year on this planet today, I take a moment to reflect on the journey that has shaped my professional and personal life. Each year presents its own set of challenges and accomplishments, and this past year has been particularly transformative.
I have faced moments that tested my resilience and pushed me beyond my comfort zone. These experiences, though difficult at times, have provided invaluable lessons about determination and self-awareness. I’ve embraced the necessity of adaptability and the growth that arises from stepping into the unknown.
The connections I’ve made through collaborative projects, insightful discussions, and shared goals have enriched my experience and contributed significantly to my growth as a Coach, Educator & Trainer.
I am excited about the opportunities that lie ahead. There are many chapters to add to my evolving story, and I am eager to succeed in new challenges and pursuits.
