Celebrating 50 Years of Independence with Beach Soccer! ⚽🏖️
The Seychelles Football Federation proudly joins the nation in celebrating 50 years of Independence with an exciting Beach Soccer Tournament at the Beach Soccer Arena.
Under the theme “Our People, Our Identity, Our Destiny,” this tournament brings together top teams from Seychelles and across the region, showcasing talent, unity, and the passion that connects us all through football.
🌍 Participating Teams:
Paradise Blue, Seychelles Yellow, Seygas (Madagascar), Burundi, Mauritius, and Baobab Mada Beach (Madagascar) will compete for top honours in what promises to be a thrilling week of beach soccer action.
📅 The competition kicks off on Sunday 21 June, featuring group stage clashes, followed by the semi-finals on Friday 26 June, and culminating in the Final on Saturday 27 June.
🤝 This special tournament not only celebrates football but also highlights regional friendship, sporting excellence, and the spirit of togetherness that defines Seychelles at 50.

🏆 SFF CUP FINAL 2026 - MATCH REPORT
History was made at Stad Linite on 30 May 2026, as PTL Bazar Brothers FC secured their first-ever SFF Cup title with a memorable 2-0 victory over Light Stars FC.
The occasion was further marked by the attendance of the President of the Republic of Seychelles, Mr Patrick Herminie, Patron of Football, alongside the Minister for Sports, Hon. Kalsey Belle, and SFF Chairman, Mr Elvis Chetty. Following the final whistle, Mr Herminie and Mr Chetty jointly handed the SFF Cup trophy to PTL Bazar Brothers captain Alvin Michel, adding a distinguished ceremonial highlight to the historic triumph.
In what was a tightly contested final played in front of an engaged crowd, both sides displayed determination and discipline throughout the encounter. The match, which kicked off at 16:00 at Stad Linite, saw strong organisation from both teams as they battled for one of Seychelles football’s most prestigious trophies.
