So ever since retiring from Pro racing triathlons back at the end of 2017, I have been asking what can I do to personally challenge me. I then signed up for Ultraman 🇬🇧 but unfortunately 3wks before went down with Pericarditis ❤️ issues as a result of my vaccine 💉. I have now been just over 2yrs clear of no chest pains and successfully in the past 9 months completed 5 x 70.3 Triathlons, yet said at 1-2 hrs slower than my pb at the distance.

2 yrs ago I discovered the love of gravel 🚴‍♂️ and soon started eyeing up the sport of Bikepacking. This weekend I start and hope to complete my first ever bikepacking event here in Norfolk at the Norfolk 360 All Pace Races . Starting 0700am GMT Saturday morning I will be donning the race #3. 360miles - 4 x routes North South East West inhave 36hrs to complete as much of the route as I can.
