All praise is due to Allah, The K-Fit Team participated in the recent boxing tournament and showed talent, skill and above all respect.. We salute each fighter for their hard work and dedication.. They gave it all and deserved it al hamdilah.

Win or lose, we are grateful to our athletes for the heart they showed in the ring, always making K-FIT proud. Thankful for what we’ve been able to put together while being newcomers on the scene.
We thank the organizers of the event and the clubs and teams that participated much respect to them all..

📌سبب الانهاك والتعب مع الصيام: اننا بناكل كمية من السكر مع السحور، ودا بزيد السكر في الدم بسرعة في وقت السحور وبنزل بسرعة خلال اليوم والصيام

📌To avoid extreme thirst during daylight hours in ramadan:
After breakfast, reduce eating food that contains a high percentage of (sodium) such as pickles and cheese, instead eat more food that contains a high percentage of (potassium) such as beets, bananas🍌, beans, sweet potato🥔 and watercress.

بعد الافطار لازم نقلل من الأكل الفيو نسبة صوديوم عالية زي المخللات والأجبان، ونكتر من الأكل الفيو نسبة عالية من البوتاسيوم زي البنجر، الموز🍌، الفاصوليا، البامبي🥔 والجرجير
