Congratulations to the Danish 🇩🇰 club AGF who won the Superligaen for the first time in 40 years tonight!

AGF, whose full name is Aarhus Gymnastikforening, clinched the Danish title with one game to spare with a 2-0 away win at Brøndby IF, while second-placed side FC Midtjylland could only manage a 0-0 draw in the early game.

Wonderful scenes in the away end at the end of the match with the travelling Aarhus supporters celebrating with the players!

Rochdale players arriving back at the hotel after their Wembley win to secure promotion! And many Dale fans also staying there! 😆 it's not going to be a quiet night!

Rochdale are back in the EFL after what can only be described as a dramatic playoff final to end a dramatic National League season! 👏🏻 Dale who got 106 points managed to get over the line in the final at Wembley.

They were 2-0 down to Boreham Wood but in true Rochdale style, it was the late late show once again and Emmanuel Dieseruvwe saved the day before the Rochdale goalkeeper Oliver Whatmuff saved the crucial penalties to send his side back in to the EFL.

I am sure it is going to be a big night for all Rochdale fans and the players and staff! And it is fully deserved.

What a season and what a day to top it off!

Congratulations to Rochdale who have been promoted back to the EFL!

It looked like Boreham Wood were going to be promoted leading 2-1 with seconds to go in added on time but a last gasp equaliser saw Rochdale take it to extra time and then go on to win on penalties to complete a remarkable season for The Dale!

Rochdale fans must have aged by about 20 years with what has happened at the end of the season!

Well done Rochdale!

Wonderful scenes in Venice.

The Venetian side Venezia who won the Italian 🇮🇹 Serie B title last Friday celebrated in style today on the Grand Canal with supporters surrounding them in boats and looking on from the famous Rialto Bridge.

The Winged Lions clinched the title on Friday with a 2-0 home win over Palermo and will be back in Serie A after suffering relegation last season.

During the Dinamo Zagreb vs Hajduk Split match yesterday in Croatia 🇭🇷 members of Hajduk's ultra group, Torcida Split, impersonated security personnel to install devices that set fire to the iconic Bad Blue Boys banner in their own stadium!

The devices that were hidden behind the fence were remotely activated where the banner was hanging, causing it to catch fire.

We've seen sh*thousery where home fans have used a remote control to set off smoke bombs in the away end with the home team colours but this is a bit over the top! 🤦🏻‍♂️

According to Croatian media, 2 people have been arrested.

Massive congratulations to Hornchurch FC who have been promoted to the National League for the first time in their history!

👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

The Urchins, who were only founded in 2005 after the previous club folded started life at Step 6 of non-league in the Essex Senior League and now 21 years later they have been promoted to Step 1 of the non-league pyramid!

Hornchurch beat Torquay United 3-2 after extra time in the National League South Play-off Final but in normal time it looked like The Gulls were going to go up, they were leading 2-1 going into injury time but a 92nd-minute equaliser from the home side saw the match finish 2-2!

The winner came in the 117th minute of extra time!

What a fantastic achievement from the Essex-based club!

Congratulations to Kidderminster Harriers FC who have won the National League North Play-off Final and promotion to the National League!

Kiddy beat South Shields 2-0 away with 2 quick-fire goals in the 35th and 37th minutes of the first half.

The Harriers will now be playing in the 5th tier next season after 2 years in the National League North.

Well done Kiddy!

Also a shout out to South Shields FC as well, a wonderful club who we had the pleasure of visiting this season, gutted for them that they didn't go up as they have been there or thereabouts at the top all season, they are a fantastically run club who will without doubt be in with a shout next season.
