The best Inner thigh workout out.
This move is great for your inner thighs and inner butt tightness.
I saw this movement on instagram about a year ago. I have not reached my end goal yet of being able to sit my bottom on the floor or do the splits yet but I'm working
On it.
I have come a long way. The last slide, wow. I was unable to do this to begin with as it takes a lot of Power and Strength to be able to do this movement without using your hands to get up and move. However, the fact that I can now do this is a real goal achievement for me. My flexibility has also increased.
Maybe in the next 12 months I will achieve the end goal. I'm working on it. Why not join me.?
I donโt do these moves all the time, just little and often.

There's nothing wrong with having a negative or worrying thought about something or someone, it's normal.
However it does become am issue if you continue to over think and let it impact on your day, your life, your health.
The older I get, the more I let go. I've realised I've wasted a lot time time in my life stressing about things that either I can't control or actually don't matter.
I reduce any toxicity in my life as much as I can which makes life much more peaceful.
Look after yourself, life is too short.
