- Classes (45min-75min session) £10
- 1:1 Personal Training - 60min session £50
- 1:1 Private Yoga Sessions - 60min sessions £50

Packages and gift vouchers are available for purchase also.

About Training:

Personal training and Classes for women are held in and around the green, leafy (and hilly) parks in Forest Hill and the surrounding areas. Mobile personal training sessions within the comfort of your own home are also offered.

Training methods focus on short bursts of high intensity interval training using functional fitness exercises with incorporating yoga and Pilates techniques. The 45mins sessions use the natural environment and your own body weight with the addition of simple pieces of equipment from kettle bells, skipping ropes or medicine balls. You may find yourself jumping and stepping up on benches, pushing and pulling on bars or crunching on the grass! Our training sessions are kept light-hearted and fun, you'll definitely be dropping it low and jumping for the sky but a smile will maintain on your face!

About the Trainer:

Shani, 35 years old, hails from New Zealand. Growing up in a family dedicated to the health and fitness industry it was no surprise when the passion was passed on.

Shani studied Personal Training and Nutrition at Auckland University of Technology in 2001 and has since continued her personal and professional journey within the industry throughout her worldwide travels. Shani's professional training has predominently involved helping women along their path to a healthier life. Shani has spent time practicing & learning the ancient art of yoga in India. Shani is a 200hr qualified yoga teacher.

A love for the great outdoors, cooking & sharing new healthy recipes, socialising, yoga, dancing & sipping on wine keeps Shani constantly exploring new ways to keep moving and meeting new people!
