βKatie has been doing private Zoom Pilates classes with me and my wife for the last 6 months. Sheβs an excellent teacher, has been progressing the classes as weβve learnt and is really making a difference to my flexibility and core strength. Pilates has been a game changer for the constant working from home situation, as itβs kept my focus up on mobility and flexibility when my work now entails so much more sitting.

Katie, I just wanted to drop you an email to say I have been loving my virtual personal training sessions. During this very uncertain year where I have not been leaving my house my virtual sessions have been a lifesaver!
I thought I would struggle without my face to face session but you manage to keep me motivated.
I am so impressed with how you have managed to pivot to virtual sessions without losing any of the amazingness our face to face sessions have!

Today we did a full body workout, with this little ab burner at the end. Sitting on your sit bone, bring legs into table top, from there double toe tap ( I showed a different option for those in my class with a bad back) 20 toe taps and then mini roll backs. Give this a go, and focus on using your core to pull yourself up!

Hope everyone is having a good Sunday! Currently with my pooch sitting in the garden. Just wanted to do a post and be transparent and honest. I am definitely not always positive and productive in this strange time, I feel there is this pressure that we should all be using each day to be very productive and constantly have our π© together, be upbeat, exercise each day, eat amazing meals that weβve never cooked before! However, Iβm going to say it for myself and the rest of you. Itβs fine to have days when you feel low, unmotivated, missing family, friends and normality. This will end and our normal lives will return, hang in there everyone, allow yourself to feel how you feel, take each day as it comes!
