Nothing is better than giving these parents and kids a moment of chill ❤️
Full house of Pampering tonight at The Marsden. Facials, Massage Reflexology, Hairdressing and Gel Manicures were a HUGE hit and we sent some parents back to their rooms super relaxed ! Thank You as always to our Volunteers tonight ❤️ .lms29

This class will benefit your strength, co-ordination, endurance, stability, functional ability and mental health.
It will also help you to keep you build and maintain muscle which keeps you super healthy and young.
All of my fo8 clients have access to my app which calculates their macros and keeps them accountable … this can result in a much improved body composition (fat to muscle ratio)
The people you will meet at this class are truly helpful and lovely. If you want to be left alone you will be, if you need help, somebody will help you before I even enter the room. The people I train are a selling point because of their kindness and their ability to exercise relentlessly!
The music isn’t bad … I should have been a DJ really … !
But why I think this class stands out from the rest ?? It’s real exercise, it’s mapped out, it’s not just winging it and jumping around or prancing until you sweat. I plan every single class every exercise and every song meticulously so every muscle in your body (including your pelvic floor) gets a work out!
Fo8 is £25 for 4 classes or £60 for all classes in the month!
You don’t need to book you can just turn up.
Bring small weights and resistance bands and water if you can!

Omelet with low fat sprinkle of cheese 200 calories

Tonight’s class has taken me such a long time to plan. I wind myself up with it sometimes and I’d love to say it’s all for you but the truth is it’s personal.
If I stood there and delivered a sh*tty class that had no effort put into it I’d feel like a dick, so it’s selfish. There you go I’ve admitted it.
Anyway the mid afternoon slump had me going round in circles and yawning so I took the boy out for a brisk one!
Bit of fresh air and blood pumping round and I had the brain power to finish what I started.
Class is ready 💪🏽🤍

Does anybody else look forward to a post breakfast breakfast… I always have to finish a meal with something sweet because I’m greedy!
Just because I’m greedy doesn’t mean I can’t make half decent decisions … today is grapes and clementine juice.
Tomorrow could be dairy milk. 🤷♀️ (joke ish)
