Swedish Aerobics started in United Kingdom 2012 and is now being launched in Sweden. What´s different about Swedish Aerobics? Why is it unique?

1) Pia Webb, the instructor is Swedish. She is the founder and choreographer of Swedish Aerobics.

3) It is a random full-body workout - similar setup to the Swedish Friskis and Svettis
4) Anyone can join in, suits all levels, from young to old. Said the Swedish Aerobics Class:

“I love it! Great atmosphere and music”
“Crazy fun, love it!”, “Creative and inspiring”
“Querky and friendly - A great all body workout!”
