B R E A T H W O R K -

Im at the wild meadow in Sweden❤️
It’s a magical space! My dear sister and friend is having her magnificent breathwork training and im cooking the food!

This is such a special place! There are so many Apple trees here and the flowers are pink!
I’m having a break in between meals and I am taking a pause! A break… you know those … when you lay down in the afternoon to simply rest!

I used to push trough… I mean you can do a lot in an hour - or you can do nothing - and that’s is so nourishing…

We invite you to come to the highcoast and relax! To nourish yourself and be with your body!

To all the mothers in the world! You are such a champion! You are incredible! I bow to you!
You were given perhaps the most challenging opportunity in life!

Your child choose you - you have the exact tools to invite growth with your child!

Remember ta take time for YOU!
Your not only a mother you are also a woman.
As mothers we often care for everyone in the house hold first and our self last.

But as wise women we choose ourself first with the knowledge that if I take care of my self first I know I can hold space for my child from a grounded place!

I invite your woman be tended to this weekend! What does your woman need?
