I just can't help it, but it's so fun to build new cross country obstacles 😀 Creative, portable obstacles, but still safe. Just for training. 🐎 💨

I found a broken canoe on Marketplace, got an old Christmas tree from my aunt, timber from our old wooden deck, stones from our garden paths, dirt from our neighbors and broken lifebuoys from the people who maintain the beaches.

Cost = 0$ 🙌

Have you seen pool noodle jumps before? I thought they would be pretty easy to build... but why make them 3 meters long when you can make them half the size and use them in so many more ways? 🤔 Plus they will be much easier to carry!

I started building a late night with a friend and a bottle of wine. Do I even need to say that the first one didn't turn up perfect? 😅

The next day we quickly made the second one with much better result, even though another bottle of wine was involved 😁 🥂

The girls tried them out before we'd even added the support feet and they worked very well anyway. 👍

They are super easy to build, lightweight and easy to carry around the paddock to use as fences, jump wings or fillers.

What should be my next DIY❓ We definitely need more jump poles...

Brorsan ❤️ Our youngster ❤️ Did his first course just the other day. It was a little bit wobbling from time to time and the rider was sooo happy she forgot the next fence... and the next... 😃🙈 😅 But overall it was a great lesson! Big thanks to for being a big part of the progress. 🙏

So many times I've tried to fuse rope ends in many of my projects. It's been hot, it's been messy and it's been far from perfect results. Almost every time has ended up with me getting burned by melted plastic. 🔥😵😢

Last time I gave up the idea of burning them and only used tape. That didn't last very long. 🫩

Finally I've found the right way to get it done with a soldering gun 🔫 Perfect and lasting fusing in just a few seconds ⌚ Without burning myself 🙌

This will be handy for my next project.
