From the first light of the day to the glow of the northern sky – Abisko’s winter offers two completely different worlds to step into.

Choose between the calm of a morning snowshoeing hike, where the trails are silent and the light turns the landscape into soft cotton-candy pastels or explore the Arctic night, guided by headlamp, surrounded by deep stillness and the possibility of dancing aurora above you.

Both experiences are beginner-friendly, around three hours long, and led by a local guide. Snowshoes make the hike accessible for all fitness levels, and the small groups ensure a personal, high-quality adventure.

Warm drinks, traditional glögg by the fire on night tours, and pickup from Abisko or Björkliden are all included.
