The Now 🍃

If I lose my arms tomorrow I will wish that I had used them today;)

Now is all we got

Focusing on what we have will bring us joy far more than searching for something else, past or future will

7 weeks of rehab
7 weeks of almost constant pain
7 weeks of emotional, mental and physical challenges
Several
With little space to stop and breathe
2 years with too many challenges
Too much grief
It’s okay to feel defeated
Just don’t get Stuck when things are rough

We are stronger than we think
You are stronger than you think
I am stronger than I thought

I could use an extra hug

We Are Nature 🍃

Growth in connection with the trees

Rehab day 15 ⭐️

Tu BiShvat
Jewish traditional celebration of the trees🌳
How beautiful!
Reconnecting to Mother Earth 🌏
Green, lush, life

The trees breathe, communicate and interact
They show us strength and vulnerability are inseparable
The beauty in that we are all different yet all the same
Stillness and life

“We Are Nature”

Been tested to my own favorite words lately, to truly feel it within me and to be it.

Since breaking my leg I’ve been unable to freely wander off in to nature when I feel the need to connect, restore and refuel. I need to find it within

I can’t walk, ride, drive.. can’t choose where to go and just head off by myself, can’t move freely anymore. Limited

But maybe just maybe are we more limited to our own ideas of what is possible than what actually is possible

I can walk, just with help. I can ride, just a wheelchair instead of a bike;) I can drive, my own inner passion, I can move, just in new ways! Gently, slowly, growing and flowing✨🔥

Thank you body ♥️
Thank you Nature 💚

We are one

Rehab day 8 ⭐️

“No pain no gain” it says on my singlet. Thought it was a suitable one for the occasion;)

An expression with many meanings. This singlet has personal value to me and a special story of a helping friend and connection.

Pain can be a valuable guide and carry valuable messages. Our bodies communicate in so many ways. Our soul has a voice. Listen in ✨

Elevate your feet and elevate your mood!

It’s just 1 bone broken out of 206. “She’ll be alright” as they say here in Australia 🇦🇺
