It is just what us as coaches believe to be one of the best techniques to long jump

Thanks Jesper Hellström for showing how it is done, despite the very short time you had to learn this new jumping technique with us.😀

We embarked on a new and exciting journey together with Jesper Hellström in performance athletics.👊

Jesper has shown to be a highly talented athlete with the right attitude and possesses much more hidden potential then he has shown until now.

Many might think that what he done is cool...but I think is very much at the other end of "coolness".

A good research and a good read for leaders, coaches, parents and anyone involved in sport. The world is changing at a rapid pace and it affects our children in sport in many ways.
