I took these photos in May at the villa in Sardinia and by the sea and they perfectly capture the beautiful weather and amazing colours we're looking forward to enjoying at next year's yoga retreat.

A time to slow down in this Mediterranean beauty. One of my favorite places on earth.

Maybe being a bit weird and occasionally out of context is what brought us to our yoga practice in the first place.

Probably not. But the byproduct or yoga is allowing ourselves to be quirky :)

As the retreat is in Sardinia, we have to pass through Cagliari. I absolutely love Cagliari!

Join me for a Spring yoga retreat in one of my favorite places on earth.

May is the perfect time to be in Sardinia. Sunshine, blooming nature, and the ideal climate for yoga & recovery.

Here, time slows down… and with it, so do you.

In this retreat, we reconnect with the energy that already lives within us. Energy that is often depleted or wasted through the way we unconsciously use it.

How? By doing less; fewer but intentional poses, slow conscious movements and longer time spent in the poses.

It’s not about inventing something new. It’s about refining...

It’s not just oxygen intake. It’s oxygen exchange...

By paying attention to your breath you understand there is no separation.

You are not isolated from the world.

You are one with everything.
