You could be here with me next year. 😍

I took these photos in May at the villa in Sardinia and by the sea and they perfectly capture the beautiful weather and amazing colours we're looking forward to enjoying at next year's yoga retreat.

A time to slow down in this Mediterranean beauty. One of my favorite places on earth.

I hope you'll join us on 4–9 May 2027.

Maybe being a bit weird and occasionally out of context is what brought us to our yoga practice in the first place.

Probably not. But the byproduct or yoga is allowing ourselves to be quirky :)

As the retreat is in Sardinia, we have to pass through Cagliari. I absolutely love Cagliari!

And maybe I don’t take the best pictures, but here’s a taste of it.

Purple flowers on those trees! 😍

A sweet getaway with your friend...

A way to nurture your mind & body...

A quiet place immersed in nature to reset, rewire, recharge.

Here are some pics from the venue. Lovely right?

You could be right there with me.

✨ It’s officially official! ✨

Join me for a Spring yoga retreat in one of my favorite places on earth.

May is the perfect time to be in Sardinia. Sunshine, blooming nature, and the ideal climate for yoga & recovery.

Here, time slows down… and with it, so do you.

In this retreat, we reconnect with the energy that already lives within us. Energy that is often depleted or wasted through the way we unconsciously use it.

How? By doing less; fewer but intentional poses, slow conscious movements and longer time spent in the poses.

It’s not about inventing something new. It’s about refining...

Below is the link with the retreat info. You can also find it in my bio.

You know where to find me, so reach out to sign up or if you have questions. :)

I look back at my first Yoga Teacher Training in 2017 in Bali 🌴

Aaaawww…

The lightness of those moments before I started to stare into the face of all my demons and highwayed to and from hell over and over again…

Healing is incredibly confronting. And hard. But the freedom on the other side…

Indescribable ❤️

We hear about the inner and the outer journey. They aren’t though separate. One is quite often merely a reflection of the other...

It’s not just oxygen intake. It’s oxygen exchange...

By paying attention to your breath you understand there is no separation.

You are not isolated from the world.

You are one with everything.
