2 MORE PLACES AVAILABLE!!!! BODY BOOST BEGINS 4TH OF SEPTEMBER!

Body Boost is a course split up into 8 week blocks. The focus is on building and developing your strength and fitness. Everybody has a vision of how they would really like to feel and look. Perhaps preparing for a special moment or an occasion. Body Boost takes you to that moment. Only 10 people per course. Which allows me the chance to give everybody on the course the attention they deserve. I provide a food menu which is simple to follow , along side of the training. Also a great chance to connect with others on the course.
I have 2 more places available and we start September 4TH!!
