Wallace & Johanna #zoukgbg Information about upcoming classes, events and parties. About the dance…
Brazilian zouk is a dance developed from the Lambada under the 90´s.

Lambada rythm is very fast, so dancers started dancing to zouk music instead, to give more smoothness to the lambada dance. So Brazilian zouk started. About the music...
Zouk music derives from the Caribbean islands of Guadeloupe and Martinique and is fast in tempo with a lot of energy. The energy and feel good attitude is also characteristic in the way you dance. Today many different styles of zouk has been developed around the world as well as the style of music in which you dance to. The classes will be mostly to zouk music but other types of music where you can have the possibility to dance more smooth with movements used in the sensual bachata will also be added.
