Super excited to share that i’ll be giving a class at in Gothenburg, Saturday the 1st of April 2023.

'Unlocking backbends 🗝

This is a class for everyone who thinks ”backbends are not for me”, aswell as for those who already have a committed practice and everyone in between. During this class you will be offered a different perspective to the traditional backbend practice and a chance to look at your spine with new eyes. No prior knowledge is required.'
