💚💛 HOW GOOD DID OUR ATHLETES LOOK IN BEIJING?! 🇦🇺
From breakfast to the start line and the podium — our athletes looked amazing in their Team Australia green and gold!
We had so many people comment on our green race T-shirts and gold polos — and our athletes were so proud to wear them.
There’s something pretty special about seeing the whole team together, proudly wearing the green and gold and representing Australia on the world stage. 💚💛
A HUGE THANK YOU to Fencing Imports Australia for making our Team Australia uniforms and helping our athletes look the part in Beijing.

The final event of the Championships was the fast, furious and exhilarating 4x100m Team Relay! 💨🔥
Teams were mixed — female & male athletes racing together — with each athlete taking on their 100m section of the 400m course.
And WOW… it was FAST! It was FUN! It was AWESOME to watch!

She worked hard. She kept pushing. She kept believing. And now… SHE’S A WORLD CHAMPION!

After putting in the work, Stevi has finally earned her moment on the top step of the podium and gets to hear those magic words:
WORLD CHAMPION.
Stevi’s performance in the 3km was absolutely EPIC! She powered her way through the course and crossed the finish line with a blitzing time of 23:00, claiming VICTORY in the 3km Junior Female!

CHARLI SEWELL — 400m JUNIOR FEMALE WORLD CHAMPION! 🇦🇺🥇

WORLD CHAMPION LAST YEAR.
WORLD CHAMPION AGAIN THIS YEAR.

Charli has done it again! After winning the 400m U19 Female World Championship title in Beijing in 2025, Charli returned this year and defended her world title — this time stepping up into the Junior Female category! 🏆

And what a race! Charli looked calm, composed and completely in control, crossing the line in an incredible 2:08 to claim another World Championship title.

Two years. Two World titles. 🥇🥇
Different category. Same champion.
Massive congratulations, Charli! We are SO incredibly happy and proud of you. 💛💚
