Tao Porchon-Lynch is a 97-year-old yoga instructor and dancer who has had three hip replacements. She was on America's Got Talent this past year and was confirmed as the world's oldest yoga teacher by Guinness World Records. We spoke to Tao on Growing Bolder Radio when she was a young 91.
