Another recap. .provci ended her 2024 season with a PR of 4.19. Outdoors in 2025 she ran all races under that time, in total 12 races. The only exception was the heats in the NC. In the NC final though she ran her fastest time of 2025 - 4:10.74. That means she lowered her PR with 9.03 seconds! As seen in the video, even Saga was happy with that! 😛

is back in Gothenburg and since September also back in training with us. She did an impressive race at her first start at National XC champs in a few years and grabbed a very surprising (at least for us) 🥉at the 4K short course. The middle distance specialist have a PR of 2.00 for 800 m and 4.07 at 1500 m.

Recap from outdoors! lowered his 800 m PR with 4.5 sec and in the same broke 2 minutes and both his coach and his fathers PR! 💪

Close but no cigar 😤 misses out on the national junior record at 1000 m with just 0.20 when she wins in Uddevalla at 2:47.31. The record was broken in 2022 by teammate .provci at Slottsskogsvallen and still remains at 2:47.11.

World Qualifier for who runs exactly the standard to Tokyo, 8:15.00. bounces back with his second fastest time in history, 8:15.02 (he got the standard from last year). Also PR for thieir steeplechase friend in 8.17. Oordegem 🇧🇪 delivers as always!
