New space, new subject! Having fun trying to paint the wind! I must admit in Rimforsa it doesn't move as fast as in Orkney! 🍂🌻

Here was me thinking I was going to post a new painting every week!🫠 Life happens and that just has to be ok💜. So update, last week moved into new art studio, still settling in but hopefully updates will happen more regularly😊🌻🙏

🙏🌻🧘🧘‍♀️Thank you for the response! We will be starting an intensive September block of 5 classes starting on 15/9. As usual you have access to all the classes for 30 days. You are welcome to join live and as we know the majority use playback, so no pressure. The main thing is that you show up for yourself! https://www.yogakraft.se/shorelines/

September is here and with that an autumn routine, with yoga and quiet time for you!❤️
Let me know if you are interested in signing up for a 4-week block of online classes with recording, by dropping me a mail. Also if you have requests please let me know, before we "roll-as-usual".
Let me know by 10/9, and if there is an interest, I'll get them started mid September.

More inspiration and paintings. Some old, some new. Most in progress. Life in progress. Being in the experience!

Some inspiration, some paintings. The sea, the rythm, the ebb and flow, intrigues me. Here inspired by a few of my special places home in Orkney.

Right Helen 🌀🌬🌊...! Setting an intention of prioritising my creative work. So to help me do that, I will try and post more work here on a regular basis, most likely pieces all in-progress! 🙃😊
With a couple of years of not having a creative space, besides the spare room and also not having my old website anymore, where most of my earlier art work was posted, I will be posting old and new pieces, inspiration and scribbles here.
Excited about moving into new art studio in a couple of months. Wohoo!😊🥳
