A tornado or two couldn’t keep this crew away from the Abilities Expo in Chicago this weekend! 💪⚡️🏒

Marley got her month’s worth of practice in just three days, zooming around with a record-breaking number of attendees who hopped into chairs and gave volt hockey a whirl! While Marley and her parents held down the nonstop demo area, the Melam sisters kept the booth running smoothly and helped answer questions from curious expo-goers all weekend long

A huge thank you to our friends at SureHands for helping make transfers quick, safe, and seamless with their lift system onsite. Their support allowed even more people to experience volt hockey firsthand 🙏

And most exciting of all… we met so many athletes, families, and supporters interested in bringing volt hockey to the Midwest! We’re leaving Chicago with a long list of potential players and plenty of momentum as we work toward launching a team in Chicagoland! 💨🏙️

For the second year in a row, the USA is bringing home both gold and silver in Division 2 at the North American Volt Hockey Championships!!! Not too shabby, eh? 🥇🏆🥈

Congratulations to Boston Whiplash 2 on bringing home their first-ever gold medal, and to the Space2Thrive Rolling Warriors for another strong showing with a podium finish and a hard-fought silver!

We couldn’t be prouder of every athlete who competed this weekend. The level of play keeps rising every year, and so does the sportsmanship, teamwork, and heart shown on and off the court. And of course, a massive shoutout to the loudest cheering sections known to mankind… the coaches, parents, family members, friends, and volunteers who keep this sport moving forward every single day.

Thank you to all of the organizers, athletes, referees, and top-notch pit crew who made another incredible tournament possible. We’re always blown away by the hospitality from our wonderful Canadian friends and how welcomed you make us feel every year. We love this growing international volt hockey community, and we’re hoping to get our northern neighbors down to the States sometime soon! 🇺🇸❤️🇨🇦
