Week 42 with MRC Malmö. 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️

Back to a classic two-run week.

Wednesday means Smooth Wednesday from Ramen to Biiru at 18:30, with our usual routes and paces through Malmö.

Then on Saturday, we continue with Social Saturday from Malmö Brewing at 13:00.

Two runs, plenty of kilometres and good company along the way.

The weekend with MRC Malmö. 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️
Saturday starts at Malmö Brewing at 13:00 with our regular Social Saturday run. A good few kilometres, familiar faces and hopefully a few new ones too.
Then on Sunday, it’s time to put some proper distance in the legs as the Road to Nice continues. We’re meeting at Boulebar at 10:00 for 30 km at 6:00–6:30 min/km, with a 15 km option at the same pace for anyone who wants a shorter Sunday.

Week 41 with MRC Malmö. 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️
A full week ahead, with something for both fresh legs and slightly more ambitious ones.
Wednesday means Smooth Wednesday from Ramen to Biiru at 18:30, with our usual routes and paces through Malmö.
On Saturday, we continue from Malmö Brewing at 13:00 with our regular Social Saturday run.
Then on Sunday, the Road to Nice gets serious. We’re meeting at Boulebar at 10:00 for 30 km at 6:00–6:30 min/km. Not looking for the full 30? There’s also a 15 km option at the same pace.

This is the one. 🎉🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️🍻

Tomorrow it’s finally time for First Saturday and MRC Copenhagen’s 12th Birthday Bar2Bar, one of the biggest MRC days of the year.

Hundreds of runners, different pace groups and distances, and a route through Copenhagen from Mikkeller bar to Mikkeller bar with refreshments waiting along the way. And when the running is done, the birthday celebration keeps going.

If you’ve never joined a First Saturday before, this is the day to do it.

🚆 We’re taking the 09:50 train from Malmö C. As always, you’ll find us at the very back of the train.

Want to squeeze in parkrun at Amager Strandpark first? Join us on the 07:50 train instead.

Come run, celebrate and be part of one of the best days in the MRC calendar.

Week 40 with MRC Malmö. 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️

And then Saturday. This is the big one.

First Saturday #143 and MRC Copenhagen’s 12th birthday. 🎉

We’re heading over for the annual Birthday Bar2Bar, where the usual First Saturday groups turn into a run across Copenhagen from Mikkeller bar to Mikkeller bar, with refreshments waiting at every stop.

Different paces, different distances and plenty of runners to share the day with. And when the running is done, the birthday celebrations continue. 🍻

🚆 We’ll take the 09:50 train from Malmö C. As always, you’ll find us at the back of the train.
