Wet weather AFL footy We take a look back at classic wet weather AFL footy moments.
We are playing some Footy tomorrow, come and join us! See the created event, but is is at 11:00-13:00 on Hästö idrottsplats.
Had a kicking session today, god practise kicking in the wind!
Extra session with focus on kicking yesterday, it is tricky to get those long kicks. More practise needed!
Today Fredrik has practised kicking with coach Robert and also did some Ruckman skills practise. Fredrik also took a evening run with the footy for a couple of kilometers practising bouncing and to get more stamina, we are looking forward for the big game in Malmö!!

Körde kast/hopp/mark och studs träning. Mycket givande att springa ett par kilometer och studsa med bollen...även om den hamnade i diket ett par gånger ;]
After a long winter in "dvala" Karlskrona AFL is slowly waking up, indoor practise starts tomorrow and I know several ppl have intensified their running and gym practices.
We will also soon select 4 players for the AFL Sweden Regional Series 2012 in Malmö 5 May, let us know if you are interested.

Thanx everyone for a great game today, it was extra fun since we had two new players. They where so good we believe they must have played this before!
We are going to play next week again, keep an eye out for date and time.
Great practice today. We did some serious improvements on goal kicking. Also hand-passing and other techniques.
