If you’ve been curious about CrossFit but weren’t sure where to start, our Intro Course is designed specifically for you. No ego, no "pre-fitness" requirements—just you, a great group of people, and Coach Mattias guiding you every step of the way.

Meet the Team: Theo ⚡
If you’ve ever stepped into one of his classes, you’ve felt the electricity. Theo doesn’t just coach; he ignites the floor.
With 18 years of elite coaching experience, Theo is a powerhouse of knowledge. His resume speaks for itself: 10 years in the CrossFit world (including owning his own box), 14 years specializing in Weightlifting, and 6 years dedicated to mastering CrossFit Gymnastics, and 5 Years at French Sport University. Beyond the box, he serves as a physical trainer for French American Football, bringing a pro-athlete edge to every session.
Now, as the mastermind behind our Box Programming, Theo’s mission is simple: turning your "impossible" into your next PR.

Kris Kellas
If you’ve stepped foot in Gripen CrossFit, you’ve felt the electricity Kris brings on and off the floor. With a deep-rooted background in football,personal training and 9 years of experience in the CrossFit world, he has coached all over Europe and knows exactly what it takes to perform at the highest level.
With over 6 years of experience of competing at the highest level around Europe he's also no stranger to a workout and might just be the reason Team Gripen push themselves to new heights or new P'Rs
