🔥 NØRDERIET 2.0 🔥

Nørderiet er tilbage.

Det her er ikke bare endnu en camp.
Det er for gymnaster, som elsker TeamGym.
For dem der stiller spørgsmål.
For dem der vil forstå detaljerne.
For dem der vil udvikle sig.

I løbet af sæsonen 2026-2027 er der mulighed for at deltage i 4 camps med fokus på TeamGym, udvikling og fællesskab sammen med gymnaster fra hele landet.

Vi skal nørde:
• Rytme og momenter
• Trampolin- og banespring
• Fysisk træning
• Mentaltræning

Du kommer til at træne med nogle af Danmarks dygtigste og mest dedikerede TeamGym-instruktører og møde andre gymnaster, der brænder lige så meget for sporten som dig selv.

Første camp afholdes på Vesterlund Efterskole fra fredag d. 30. oktober til søndag d. 1. november.

Meet our biggest project yet: The TeamGym System 🫰

We built TeamGym System because the platform we always wanted didn’t exist. A place where good ideas and good intentions don’t drown in the busy lives we all have. A companion app that makes high quality coaching more accessible for everyone.

This has been underway for a couple of years. Many hundreds of hours have gone into iterating on features, refining the design, and making sure security and performance meet industry standards.

And we’re almost there. Next season we’re opening up for a handful of clubs to test it. And to have a hand in shaping what will be the final product. DM us to get on the list 👇

We just launched our Mentorship Program 🫶

This weekend we are participating in European Gymnastics TeamGym Conference in Malmö. And we were invited to talk at the conference about our Mentorship Program 🤩

The sport of TeamGym is constantly evolving, and as a coach, you must too. Our program emphasizes the importance of lifelong learning, providing you with opportunities to stay up-to date.

We are starting a pilotproject which runs from the 1st of March and until 1st of July. It is FREE, because we want to test the concept and how we together can develop coaches and our sport through others means.
