I’ve learned that the journey of feeling isn’t always easy. Feeling deeply can be intense. Sometimes we don’t have the capacity to hold everything we experience, even know what to do with what we feel. Today, both in my personal practice and in the experiences I facilitate, I support people in reconnecting with their own bodies and developing the capacity to be present with themselves. For me, Eutonia has become both a practice and a companion. It continually teaches me how to enter sensation with curiosity, gentleness, and trust rather than urgency or control. Feeling no longer brings me only pleasure. It also brings me face to face with discomfort. The difference is that I no longer experience discomfort as something to avoid. By listening to it instead of fighting it, I’ve developed a greater capacity to respond consciously to what is happening within me. 16/08/2026

What happens when you stop trying to dance “the right way” and start feeling what is actually happening between you and another person?

On Saturday, September 5th, we explore Zouk through partner connection, presence, intuition and movement.

Not by chasing more steps.

But by becoming more aware of yourself, your partner and the communication happening between your bodies.

* How does connection change when you listen more?
* Can you feel where your partner is before the next movement begins?
* What happens when you allow more freedom inside the dance?
* And what becomes possible when you trust both yourself and the person in front of you?

You don’t need a dance partner — we rotate partners throughout the session.

And you don’t need previous ZOUK, dance or yoga experience.
