Winter shape vs. summer shape.
The 1st picture was taken on 13th January 2022 and the 2nd one on 24th August 2021.
Any difference?
My skin was darker on the 2nd one without any doubt 😛.
Some other difference?
I can see lightly bigger Teres Major on the 1 st one and bigger biceps on the 2nd one. Maybe I didn't flex my muscles in the same way and that's why of differences.. Who knows 😁?
But I think that with some dedication, continuity and discipline you can do a progress even in my age of 48 yrs. Still I think that the key of succes is well-balanced nutrition, enough rest and smart workout 💪.
..and yes, I didn' redirect pictures. Maybe one day if someone will help me...

It is coming really boring period of the year for my taste. Winter and darkness.
I am coming from Croatia and I miss sunlight here in Malmö. Luckily I have shopped a lots of vitamin D. So I can survive until the next summer ☀️🏖️.

Nutrition is the really important part of wellbeing in a human life.
The most important thing that you find your own food-balance.
Personaly I eat own food 320-330 days per year cause I know what I eat. My food keep me in good balance, make me strong, healthy and happy.
Unfortunaly a lot of meals at restaurants/bars has high calories and low volume like this sushi me and
eat for some week ago.
Ca 3000 cal on tha table and after that dish I was still hungry. I was suppoused to eat at home to satisfy my food-volume needs.
In that way it is easy to finish your day with caloric surplus 😬.
So... find your own balance and enjoy life, but smart.

What can I say about this statistic from 2019 🤔?
MOVE YOUR ASS MORE AND PUT DOWN THE FORK!
It is unacceptable that we have 50 % overweight people (bmi 25 or higher) in Sweden for exempel. Some other countires like my Croatia has even worst result in 2019. Close to 65 % overweight people 🤪😳😯😮! Scary!
How it will be in the future we can just imagine if the people will continue with the same lifestyles. Cancer, heart- diseases, diabetes are just some of consequence of unhealthy lifestyle.

The same calories, but not the same volume.
Sometimes we need to do smart choices. Especially when we are in caloric deficit and want to lose some weight or some cm in the waist.
Which one do you choose? Left or right? Fat or carbs? Both are healthy, but...

People talk about 2nd, 3rd,... vaccine and ask me if I got vaccinated?
Guys, this year I have been vaccinated as least 100 times at the gym and outdoor gym. Other my vaccine is well-balanced nutrition, rest, low stress and happinees with my life partner and Big Live .
This is how it works in my life!
I take care about myself cause nobody will do it instead of me!

Weekend starts and it is not mean that you can eat without any limit.
Remember that you can destroy whole week if you binge eat during weekend! So...think smart.
