Hey everyone! I miss you! So I decided that offer semi-private classes of groups 3-4 with me (& sometimes Casey) during December to make up for the cancelled classes. I will add more dates during the week so if you can't make either of these fear not. I also welcome you to write to me if you are a group of 3 who who wants to book directly with me.

To make up for the cancelled classes, I would like to offer you shorter more intensive AcroYoga classes semi-private classes in groups of 3-4. I’m saddened by the new restrictions which have so many implications and questions for everything I am committed to in life. I’m going to pause the acroyoga physical classes and would like to create online training videos and forum for questions. If you have any skills in video making, please send me a message!

In case anyone was doubting, ACRO IS HAPPENING TOMORROW :) We'll include a little bit of handstands and getting upside down. Did you know getting upside down can INCREASE IMMUNITY AND PREVENT ILLNESS:
The lymphatic system is a key player in keeping the body healthy. As lymph moves through the body it picks up toxins and bacteria to be eliminated by the lymph nodes. Because lymph moves as a result of muscle contractions and gravity, getting upside-down allows lymph to more easily travel into the respiratory system, where many of the toxins enter the body.
