Bag Viljan står en række folk med dyb forankring i tennissporten og med lang erfaring fra det private erhvervsliv. Congrats Ella becoming a Danish junior champion under 14 today 💪
Having an unbelievable winner mentality she is more and more understanding that her attention in practise has to be more towards developing her game . My job is to keep that winning mentality strong but not compromise on the quality of the purpose which mostly is technical at this stage of her journey.
This is what makes coaching exciting - always find solutions and keys for each individual to make the sessions full of challenges .
Great job from Ellas homeclub Holte with Jörgen/Lucas in charge - let us keep up the great connection and teamwork !

With wishes of a great 2023 I would like to thank everyone that has joined and cooperated with Viljan Tennis on events, tennistrips, camps, and private lessons .
Looking out on the horizon I hope I will be able to inspire more people on and off the court and that we all move toward a more altruistic world!

I just wanted to take the opportunity to thank all Viljan people for this year. It is just a little bit more than a month left of 2021 and it has been a special year with some tough times. Especially in the start of the year when all my danish players could not enter Sweden for a few months . But like the name Viljan says we looked inside for our will and energy to find solutions to the occuring challenges and overcame that.
Now 2022 is closing in and I hope you will join us for some great events . The weekend camps and summer camp for juniors will soon be up to enter but right now our highly liked Italian trip for the ”older ” talents is on the board.

Every match and tournament you will be challenged!
Whether it is physical, tactical , mental or a combination of the above - there is always something to handle.
This week Emanuel had to deal with being a big favorite in the danish championships for boys under 14.
After a hardfought quarterfinal he found ”his ” way of dealing with it and won semi and final in an impressive way .
I am so happy he had the experience of the quarterfinal which led to a great chat and a way to make him stronger as the great person and player he is !

Congrats Champ!
A few hours ago Clara managed to win another WTA-title 💪
This time in Luxembourg and she has now in 2021 been the winner in Lyon 250 in the spring, Chicago 125 in August and now this weeks 250 tournament beating the Olympic silver medalist vondrousova in the semifinal and former French open champion Ostapenko in the final.
By all means an impressive year from the 18-year old talent !
But her success now is the result of many years of hard and smart work .
” if you want something you never had ,
You have to do something you’ve never done”
That is something Clara and her team constantly aim for !
Go beyond and things will happen ,
So happy for you Clara 👏👏

Late last evening Nordic time , Clara Tauson captured her second biggest title in her Young senior career👏 This time she won the 125 K tournament in Chicago - a great start of the US hardcourt swing !
With great confidence both from the win itself but mostly from feeling the results from her practise weeks she is now preparing for the US Open at Flushing Meadows.
The Journey continues...

Summertime and all Viljan players testing their levels in both domestic and international tournaments.
It is important though to find a balance and also get practise and resting weeks in so the mental and physical curves are on the right track.

To be great in your field you need passion for your craft.
This guy shows passion every day. Yesterday he fulfilled one of his goals which was to become danish champion under 14.
