After more than 15 years of experience in SUP and training, we have now launched our new training app – built on real-life conditions and theory. The app is based on audio coaching, allowing you to train without a screen and instead have a coach in your ears.

You can use it both on the water and together with Indoor-SUP, making your training independent of the season. The app already includes more than 200 ready-made sessions and complementary video instructions via our website.

The app is currently completely free to use. Registration is easy via email, Google, or Apple. For those who wish, there is also an option to donate.

It is available in both English and Swedish and is designed for all levels.
