Handstands with DARYNA YAHORAVA | Yoga & Handstands was a wild ride!

The greatest challenge are the challenges you give yourself. I came in with no expectations or ego and did my best, and boy, did I get my 🍑 kicked!

Starting over on a skill is humbling and frustrating, but I am glad to put myself out of my comfort zone and meet myself at where I am and to push a little further.

Thank you DARYNA YAHORAVA | Yoga & Handstands for being a great coach and bringing together a fantastic group of humans. The kindness and community made every struggle and challenge feel lighter and more enjoyable.

To all the hardcore and badass handstand baddies who were true savages upside down for 6 days… 30 hours… 1800 minutes of pure grit, laughter, and a little bit of crocodile balm. 😇😅🤣
