When you’ve got a poledancer you need to get creative 🤸🏻♀️ Finding ways to best mimic the tricks on the pole. Here we’re trying to breakdown the techniques of a handstand. Also practice keeping control and activation of the abs through out the leg movement that’s a part of a lot of pole tricks.
