Well, the trip is going exactly to plan… if the plan was complete chaos🤯

It started with one of the trailer wheels deciding it no longer wanted to be part of the team somewhere on the M1. With no help available, Daniel was promoted to roadside mechanic and somehow managed to get it fixed well enough for us to make the ferry🔥

We rolled into Gothenburg at 10 this morning and have been enjoying the port’s hospitality ever since. The latest update was that we’d be staying here until Monday, which was nice to know after we’d already arrived.

However, after Neale Saunders spent the entire day working his way through what feels like every phone number in Scandinavia, there’s a chance we might actually be allowed to leave the port soon.

So the adventure continues. At this rate, reaching our destination will just be an unexpected bonus. 🤞🚛🍿

God speed Rikard Gustafsson🕊️ The finish line came way too soon, but your legacy will keep racing on!

Absolutely horrible news on the passing of Top Fuel Motorcycle racer Rikard Gustafsson today Sweden. According to a Facebook post by Kennet Christensen, “There is great sadness in drag racing. Rickard Gustavsson tragically died in an accident during a show with his nitro Bike in Falkenberg today😢🙏🏼
Something went wrong and Rickard loses control on the motorcycle who went off and met a woman in the audience. The motorcycle drove further into a building and started burning.
The woman was taken to hospital and the condition of her is unclear😢🙏🏼”Please join us in sending thoughts and prayers to the family during this difficult time. Godspeed Rikard.

We couldn’t make any real power this weekend 🤯 A bug in the fuel system had us chasing issues all weekend. While waiting for the boat home, we headed down to Dave Wilson to get the fuel system flowed 🙌

We found the main problem — plus a few smaller issues as well! 👏🏁

Well🔥 The Main Event is in the books🏁 The results may not show it, but this weekend was a massive step forward for us. Brand-new car, brand-new setup, and a whole new combination to figure out — and from the moment we unloaded, we knew we were in for a fight.

Pass after pass, we tested, adjusted, missed, learned, and went right back to work. That’s racing.

Most importantly, this weekend proved once again that we have one hell of a crew behind us. The work these guys and girls put in, especially under pressure and in these conditions, cannot be overstated. Proud is an understatement.

We’re learning alot of new stuff, building momentum, and nowhere near done yet.
