THE YEAR OF TOTAL JAVELIN DOMINATION.

2025 will go down as the year Nordic Sport owned the runway.
At the World Athletics Championships in Tokyo, when the javelins flew – they were almost all ours.

Out of 56 throws in the men’s final, 55 were made with the Valhalla Javelin.
That’s 99.8% of all attempts.
A number that says everything about trust, precision, and performance.

🥇 MEN’S JAVELIN – A NORDIC CLEAN SWEEP

Keshorn Walcott took gold with 88.16m using the Valhalla Medium Hybrid.
Anderson Peters followed for silver.
Curtis Thompson claimed bronze.
Gold. Silver. Bronze.

🥇 WOMEN’S JAVELIN – GOLD WITH THE DIANA

In the women’s javelin, Juleisy Angulo delivered the performance of her life – throwing 65.12m with the Diana Javelinto take gold.
A moment of courage and control that proved our technology and craft empower athletes to break limits – not just records.

🥇 MEN’S SHOT PUT – THE VALHALLA FAMILY STRIKES AGAIN

In the shot put circle, Ryan Crouser threw 22.34m with the Valhalla Shot Put, winning yet another world title.

Och som första arena i Sverige har Sollentunavallen dessutom fått en UV- och slitageskyddande sealer på de aktiva ytorna. 🎉 This month, we’re celebrating something truly special at Nordic Sport—50 years of crafting the finest javelins in the world! 🎯

It all began in Arvidsjaur, where world record holder Klaus Wolfermann kicked off our journey by launching a Sandvik Nordic Super Elite javelin through a paper wall and into our brand-new factory. That was 50 years ago, and we’ve been breaking records ever since. 🏆
