Padelbody is an injury-free lifestyle concept, that is officially launching very soon.

The successful philosophy is backed by science and based on Aristotle’s quote:

“You are what you repeatedly do, excellence then, is not an act, but a habit.”

On court, our new awesome ball machine, goes right hand in hand 🤚🏾, with that mindset.

Padelbody makes sure, it’s not the pain that stops you, from repeating, until you reach that excellence on court 👌🏾🔝🎾.

The secret KEY, behind Padelbody, is that you will know the movement, BEFORE you know anything about the game.

Backhand beginner training:

Dos maaaas😂! I don’t now a s**t about what I am doing. But the opening BOTH arms at the same time. That I have trained. In Padelbody.

Padelbody train the movement. Not the muscle.

YOU ARE what you repeatedly do.

Excellence then is not an act.

But a habit.

Tropical heat in Stockholm today didn’t stop our padel players from attending class🔥🔥🔥!

Padelbody’s group training make sure you use your glutes and your posterior chain 100 % padel correct.

Every time.

For us, this is the only way to cure injuries, get a 100 % padelbody and to keep up the motivation come back to class🎾👊🏾!

One of Padelbody’s TOP NOTCH posterior chain exercises.

Our instructors make sure it burns from your hairline to your insertion of the achilles🔥🔥!

If you want to heal your achilles or your tennis leg, you have to learn to do right.

For us, everything else is total waste of time.
