Darma Abadi Yoga

Founded 1995 and is based in Stockholm on the principles of Ashtanga yoga and Hatha yoga. For me, Yoga stands for everything in life.

It's vitality, happiness, strength, love, playfulness, spontaneity, acceptance but especially it's the power of now. I have taught Ashtanga yoga and Hatha yoga for more than 25 years and here is list of selected services that I offer:
