When I think back of the person who stepped into that yoga studio years ago - heartbroken, lost and not knowing who she was, with a mind constantly buzzing, and not the sweet kind of buzzing brain - I know in my core that she would be so proud of the version I am today. Being able to feel at home within myself is my greatest thing and it’s a practice, ever changing always present ❣️

Excited about this!
Finding the body - it’s voice, how it’s feeling and how we can feel together with it and not separate from it ❣️❤️‍🔥

Beginners Mind is a course for any level of practitioners. It will be an authentic flow and we will focus on more feelness and less thinkness.
We won't over complicate but we will probably stretch our comfort zones.
One of my meditation teachers says that the practice of meditation is simple, not easy. And the same goes for this. Moving and breathing is simple, but that doesn't make it easy and just because it's not easy doesn't make it hard - there is a whole range of words that are between easy and hard 😊

Tomorrow is another donation class - let me know if you’d like to join.
You don’t have to know yoga - or do it, just laying on the floor counts.
Just showing up is enough, and all monies will go to the folks fleeing Ukraine right now.

Rooted in love doesn’t mean love and light.
Rooted in love means taking action for the things we love.
Sometimes that mean taking sides.
Seeing the duality in non-duality.

Rooted in love will increase and pivot the current donation policy to the people fleeing Ukraine with 100% of the earnings during the month of March going to UNHCR’s work where they will be doubled by Akelius Foundation.

Wether it’s a drop-in class or the online courses I have coming up,
all earnings will go to UNHCR.
