Preparation:
🌕 Pivoting and core rotation
🌕 Open the racquet face
🌕 Legs and racquet below the ball

Follow through:
🌕 Use the legs to lift the lob higher
🌕 Follow through from low to high
🌕 Give yourself a hug to control the ball better
