Yoga Kurunta - Yoga in the ropes.

We do a long Yoga Kurunta session using the ropewall. The ropes support you and helps you discover the asanas in a playful way.
With the help of the ropewall, you can get deeper into the asanas and challenge yourself in a new way.

In Light on Yoga, B.K.S. Iyengar wrote that the importance of Salamba Sarvangasana (Supported Shoulderstand) cannot be over-emphasized. “Sarvangasana is the Mother of asanas,” he wrote. The pose is said to flush out the lymph nodes, help regulate blood pressure and heart rate, strengthen the diaphragm, and stretch the chest muscles. This week we practice yoga and the asana of the week is the variation of with a chair. This alternative provides many of the same benefits of the full inversion, but it leans the body weight on to the chair, not your cervical spine.

Yesterday we presented our schedule for fall with some innovation - classes for people new to yoga and separate classes for teenagers.
In order to try yoga and choose a class which suits you best, we are coming up with a whole week of free yoga - week 34.
You can come to any beginner class: Nybörjare, Unga Nybörjare, Enkelyoga, Öppen - and dive into yoga for 90 minutes with our professional instructors. You can come as many times as you want during the week. And take your friend - you will get a 10% discount for next classes at Yogena.
