Bakom Better MTB hittar du oss - Lina Skoglund & Steve Murphy. Vår stora passion är cykling. Small adjustments make a difference. If your body is tight and rigid it affects your riding. One thing for cornering and general riding:
🗝️ OPEN UP THE KNEES.

💡 It gives you more room to move and lean the bike.
💡 It also makes it easier to be active on the bike. 💡 Get heavy, compress the bike at the apex and get light out of the corner.
