Here is Damien, our new gifted intern, just landed from the southern french metropolis of Marseille!
Just out of business school, he will coordinate our events and campaigns, as well as dedicate his time to social media content creation and activation. When not pulling the strings behind the scene, you will find him sipping "l’apero at Boule bar (we hear his pétanque skills are second to none).

About 12 years ago our senior consultant and partner Robert Radovic created the ”strawberry basil smash” cocktail for the launch of ”the gold bar” at Nobis Hotel. The drink made a quite an impact on the Stockholm’s cocktail scene and has since sold in the tens of thousands. Nobis bar still proudly list the concoction. A truly timeless signature cocktail!

Well, it’s about time to present one of our latest pre-opening bar & beverage projects. This is the newly opened - a plant based restaurant & bar located in the Mood Gallery in Stockholm. We run several aspects of the bar area such as, projecting & construction, concept development & beverage program, recruitment of bar manager and bar staff, training programs, purchase management, budgeting and more. In November 2010 we opened this award winning cocktail bar after a long period of planning, building, staffing and executing. And since september 2021 we are back at this wonderful venue heading up the beverage program, educating the staff and to secure the service standards again. Hi friends and happy new year! Our first post on instagram for 2022 will be a shout out and a thanks to our dear friends at the newly opened ”Nuevo Latino” steakhouse restaurant and bar - La Boca Doce. We were called upon in the final stages before the opening to set the entire bar program including full beverage program, cocktail menu and a lot of time spending of monitoring and fine-tuning. Bring yourself down to Fredsgatan 12 and pay them a visit! We heard the ”Morada Margarita” is a killer!
