Måndagen den 27/9, så mottog Linus Svenberg sin utmärkelse till Senpai! Stort grattis till dig min vän! Du sätter ett utmärkt exempel på hur man för sig genom livet som en god människa.

This past Saturday, September 4th, we hosted yet another very successful graduation. Ms. Teri graduated to 4th Kyu, she passed with flying colors. Please join me in congratulating her to this achievement.

Yesterday was an exciting day, we preformed the graduation ceremony for this past semester. I am so proud to share with you that I had two students that successfully past their test and who can now wear their yellow belts with pride. Furthermore, I am also extremely delighted to be able to present our newest black belt, Mr. Björn Norberg! Congratulations to you! Very well done. May all of you wear your belts with humility, dignity and pride. Well deserved all of you!

In addition, I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the following budokas, Mr. Peter Rollfelt, 7 Dan, Hatamoto, and also to Mr. Jan Malmstedt, 8 Dan, Hatamoto. Thank you both for keeping me honest and well grounded in the world of Martial arts. 🙏. A big thank you to all of you who choose to be present and supported the students. None specifically mentioned, and none forgotten, you know who you are. Thank you. 🙏🙏🙏

Yesterday I decided to give an "Honorary Yudansha rank" to Tyra Norberg. She is one of the younger Taekwondo instructors at the dojo, however, she has the right Budo spirit, leads by example, and truly inspires both her students and the rest of us.
