He understands the motivation, commitment and discipline it takes to achieve in sport at the highest level. Anthony now brings these qualities to his coaching at Evolve and his passion is supporting others to achieve their own personal fitness goals. Learning from his achievements in a team sport Anthony has recognised the key features necessary for a successful training environment - discipline, consistency and enjoyment. The Evolve Fitness culture builds upon these principles and has developed to both challenge and support those who train with us.
