Session in comment.
Reading nd reflection during my sabbatical has brought an awareness of what's my priority in training right now.
No comparisons against a former self, no unfulfilling pursuit of a non attainable 'better' but rather a focus on being present with every session, with every movement, and accepting and enjoying that process.
Today was fun.....

My last few month's training has been inconsistent to say the least. Good to get back at it today trying a few workouts ready for the next phase of the .se Facebook training group's program.
Should be an interesting and challenging few weeks of training coming up......😉

Thanks and for your business advice and support.
To for allowing me to be a part of your amazing community and for the education, experience and friendship out in Salt Lake. Thank you both for giving me the opportunity to be a certified instructor.
A huge thank you to Johnny McGrenary and for your invaluable contributions. I appreciate your friendship and it’s been great having you as training partners.
A big thank you to all the members, past and present for training with us. I sincerely hope you were able to gain something of value when you’ve trained with us and have learned about yourself enough to know what’s important to you on the next stage of your fitness journey. I hope you will continue to value the work ethic and behaviours that we have tried to encourage in our space.
An enormous thank you to for your efforts and contributions to making Evolve such a unique experience for all. The journey wouldn’t have been quite the same without you!!
And finally to our most important yet hugely undervalued and under appreciated member without whose commitment, support, kindness and generosity none of us would have been able to have been a part of Evolve Fitness.

A Christmas story.......... 🎄
Over at the North Pole Santa was very disappointed with his elves. They just would not work hard enough.
He'd heard that there were some very hard working Evolve elves in Stockholm so he sent for them to help him get ready for Christmas.
They would have to row to the North Pole first. Santa had given them delicious, nutritious and eco friendly snacks for their journey and so every now and then they would have to stop to eat inch worms.
On arriving at the North Pole, Santa wanted to make sure the Evolve members were fully 'elfed' up so gave them a few 'elf-makers' to complete.
In his workshop he'd managed to weld some handles onto some very heavy baubles. The other elves couldn't move them but Santa was sure that the new Evolve elves would be able to move them all over the place so he put his theory to the test.
He also wanted to know if they had the strength to pull some great big crackers. Much bigger than the crackers that Johnny McGrenary had given them!!
After doing those jobs for Santa he needed their help to fit the boxes of presents onto his sleigh so the elves had to jump up and down on them for ages to squash them in.
After all that work it was time to ski back to Stockholm. Unfortunately all the inch worms that the elves had eaten on the way to the North Pole had given them very bad wind so during the ski they had to keep stopping for 'burp'ees.
Santa is very funny.........
Merry Christmas!!
