You can FINALLY sign up for this falls' yoga classes! In a week, on Monday 2nd of September, I will teach two "Posture Workshops" - a 75min class where I will guide you and give you hands-on adjustments on the most common yoga postures.

This is the perfect way to begin the fall - and the workshop is as suitable for the complete beginner as for the experienced yogi. To find the correct alignment for Your body is key for a safe and deep yoga practice! 🙏🧡
