Sutton Striders running club. Good luck to all of you who are taking part in Hässelbyloppet tomorrow.

Results update. We had some fun with tokens today. 101-200 were accidentally used and an old duplicate token found its way into the results but we know who received it and their time so hopefully everything is now aligned. If you received token 117 then your actual position was 18th, 118 was 19th and so on through to 47th. If anything looks obviously wrong then please let us know and we’ll try to correct it.

A surprising number of visitors from Sutton and rather a lot of scouts to navigate through. Thanks to everyone who came along today. There will be a slight delay with the results.

We are on.

Two things to be aware of. There is a big scouting event but most of their activities are in a different part of the reserve. Meet by the picnic bench next to the outdoor gym.

A small part of a tree is covering part of the path between the marshal at the dog home and the BBQ next to the lake.

17.20 update -,Whilst the forecast for tomorrow morning is dry, we're currently in the middle of 48 hours of heavy rain and high winds. During the afternoon course check we found one fallen tree but only the tip is over the path and there is plenty of space to get past it. We'll undertake a further course check at 8.00 a.m. tomorrow morning but as things stand we are definitely going ahead. We'll aim to post an update by 8.30 a.m. which should give people time to get to Haga parkrun if necessary.

Volunteer update - thanks to Gunnar and Louise we now have all of the core positions covered. Now we just need to hope that the trees don't fall over. This afternoon's course check does not look like a pleasant walk.

We're still looking for somone who can act as a marshal this weekend. It's a core role that we have to fill in order to go ahead.
